Business Development (Web3) 🧑💼
Your primary focus will be on identifying and nurturing partnership opportunities, managing customer onboarding, and marketing. This role requires a blend of research skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset. In this role, you’ll also play a key role in fostering a vibrant community, offering hands-on support, and gathering feedback to enhance Formo’s product experience.
🧳 Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop target lists of potential customers at all levels, acquisition strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business - Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and data ecosystem to enhance Formo’s market position. - Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive landscapes within the Web3 sector. - Customer Enablement: Design resources, guides, and examples to help teams integrate with Formo’s products effortlessly. You’ll be expected to become an expert in Formo’s offerings. - Content Creation: Produce engaging technical content such as blogs, videos, and tutorials to highlight Formo’s capabilities and drive adoption. - Community Building: Cultivate strong relationships with developers and founders, nurture a vibrant technical community, and act as the go-to contact for feedback, support, and issue resolution. - Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent Formo, build relationships, and promote our product offerings. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement based on developer feedback and emerging trends. - Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting independent research on developer trends, especially within Web3, EVM, and other ecosystems, alongside your teammates.

- At least 1 year of experience in BD, partnerships, or developer relations. - Past experience in technical roles such as software engineering is a plus. - Proven ability to understand and resolve complex issues effectively. - Experience with web3 and blockchain technologies is required. - Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments. - A robust network within Web3 communities. - Experience in tech and B2B SaaS is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
