Which Formo plan is right for me?
Free suits testing and small projects. We recommend starting with Growth and upgrading to Scale as your usage grows, which adds higher limits, MCP, and Query API access. Enterprise is for teams that need custom limits, custom integrations, onboarding, volume discounts, or dedicated support. As your product scales, you can upgrade your plan at any time to accommodate more users.
How are monthly active users (MAU) calculated?
Monthly active users (MAU) are the number of unique wallet addresses Formo tracks with at least one active session in a billing period. Each wallet is counted once per month, even if it performs multiple actions across your site or app. Every plan includes unlimited visitors and events; only MAU affects your plan and pricing.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Formo sends usage warnings at 90% and 100% of your plan limit so you can act before it’s reached. Scale plans can turn on configurable overage billing to keep tracking new users beyond the limit instead of losing data.
Can I use Formo’s API or MCP server?
Yes, on Scale and Enterprise plans. The Query API lets you pull analytics data programmatically, and the MCP server connects Formo to Claude and other AI tools so you can query your data in natural language.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
