Is there a free trial?

Yes. All new signups come with a 14 day free trial of the Scale plan. Formo also offers a free plan you can use to get started. However, the free plan limits access on features such as wallet profiles, alerts, and audience insights. Upgrade to unlock full access to all features.

What is an event?

An event represents an interaction between a user and your site or dapp. Actions like visiting a page, connecting a wallet, and depositing on a DeFi protocol can all be tracked as an event in Formo.

How are monthly events calculated?

An event is a single user action on your dapp (page views, wallet connects, transaction, and other custom actions) or an onchain transaction (mint, swap, stake.). Monthly events are events that occured in your project in the current 30-day period.

How are monthly active users (MAU) calculated?

Monthly Active Users (MAU) are the number of visitors and wallets that you track with Formo with at least one active session. We only count users once per month, even if they perform multiple actions across your site or app.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any moment. You will still have access to your account and data until the end of the period you paid for.
