Community Manager (Web3) 🤹♀️
As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our community of web3 founders and builders and representing Formo across the web3 ecosystem. Prior web3 experience is required.
🧳 Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Engage with Formo’s community members across X, LinkedIn, and other social channels. Be actively involved on X and other platforms to stay updated on trends, discussions, and memes relevant to the web3 data space. - Content Creation: Create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and community announcements, to keep our audience informed and engaged. - User Feedback: Gather feedback from the community regarding product features and user experience. Communicate insights to inform product development and community engagement strategies. - Customer Support: Provide support and assistance to community members and customers, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary. - Partnerships: Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community events to drive product growth. - Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and data ecosystem to enhance Formo’s market position. - Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive landscapes within the Web3 sector. - Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics related to community engagement, sentiment, and growth.
