Before starting Formo, Yos worked at Chainlink, the industry-standard oracle network used across onchain capital markets and decentralized finance (DeFi.)
Yos contributed as a staff software engineer and the technical lead for Chainlink Staking, a protocol that reached $1B TVL on Ethereum mainnet. With over a decade in software, he has extensive experience in smart contract development, DeFi protocol design, smart contract security audits, and data engineering.
During the hypergrowth period widely known as 'DeFi Summer', Yos helped scale the Chainlink platform into the dominant oracle for leading protocols such as Aave, Morpho, Maker, Spark, Fluid, and many more.

Background & Education
Yos graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a degree in Computer Science.
Prior to crypto, he worked in traditional payments (PayPal) building enterprise payments APIs and a hyper-growth super-app (Grab) building large-scale systems and developer tools.
He jumped headfirst into crypto in 2018 and self-taught smart contract development, smart contract security, and worked on DeFi protocols before joining Chainlink.
