Secure, Private Identity Verification with Self

You can now allow users to prove their identity seamlessly & privately with Self in Formo Forms. Self is the leading digital identity infrastructure for Web2 and Web3.

With Self, you can do the following in a privacy-friendly way:

  • Nationality disclosure: Retrieve nationality without revealing other information

  • OFAC Sanctions check: Make sure that the respondent is not an OFAC-sanctioned person

  • Excluded Countries check: Make sure the respondent is not in an excluded country

  • Minimum age: Make sure the respondent is over a certain age, without revealing their age

Self leverages zero-knowledge cryptography to disclose verifiable credentials without revealing any sensitive information. No third parties. No data leaks.

To get started with Self, enable it in your form settings:

  • Added support for new chains: Plasma and HyperEVM
