Improvements and Fixes

• Added all Formo MCP server tools on a session's first request, so assistants no longer see a partial tool list.

• Updated MCP tools with shorter parameter descriptions, typed structured results, and clear read-only or data-changing markers.

• Added support for the sign-in methods used by the Claude and ChatGPT directories to MCP OAuth.

• Fixed MCP clients that don't send the offline_access scope being asked to sign in again every hour.

• Added a Retry button to token-gated forms when a balance or allowlist check can't run.

• Updated token-gated forms to tie wallet signatures to the specific form and enforce one response per verified wallet.

• Added a required captcha on bot-protected forms.

• Updated multi-factor authentication so accounts with MFA need a fully verified session to use the dashboard API and approve MCP connections.

• Updated Coinbase wallet labels to count only active attestations.

• Fixed the active wallet's address going missing in the Web SDK when another installed wallet extension switches networks (v1.42.1).

• Fixed a WalletConnect network-switch error on public forms.

• Fixed demo dashboards calling the API when opening the segments dropdown.
