What is a UTM checker?
A UTM checker reads a campaign URL and shows how its source, medium, campaign, term, and content tags will be recorded. It catches missing fields, duplicate parameters, spaces, and inconsistent capitalization before you share the link. How to check a UTM link
Paste the complete URL, including its query string. Review the destination and each UTM field, then read the issues list. Copy the suggested clean URL and compare it with your campaign naming rules before publishing it. Use the UTM builder if you need to create a new tagged link.
Common UTM mistakes
A missing utm_source hides where the click came from. A missing utm_medium makes it hard to group channels such as social, email, and cpc. Duplicate keys can be interpreted differently by analytics tools. Values like Farcaster and farcaster may split reports, while spaces make links harder to copy reliably. Keep a shared naming convention.
